Hot Artichoke Dip

This recipe is from Robyn Carillo, who got it from a former coworker of hers. Best served with fresh bread, like a baguette, or crackers.


  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts in water
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 garlic cloves


  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Put all of ingredients into a food processor and process just until well mixed.
  3. Put the dip into an oven safe dish, and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top.
