		<description>Next time you go to a pupuseria, ask them for a &quot;pupusa de chicharon&quot;. Chicharon is bacon type pork cooked to a very crunchy consistency and then ground and mixed with spices. I grew up in El Salvador and these were probably the most popular and the best.  They also make what they call &quot;revueltas&#039;. This mixes the pork mixture with beans and cheese.  YUM!!! the best. I never heard of chicken pupusas in El Salvador, but I left there in 1968 so that&#039;s not to say they don&#039;t have them, I just have never had them.  Hope you find the &#039;chicharon&#039; and &#039;revueltas&#039; ones, you&#039;ll love them, guaranteed!!</description>
